Cancellation policy

_Subscriptions

Kelly Marie Fine Art offers subscription plans that provide exclusive access to original artworks and fine art prints delivered to your door. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made after that date.
• Prepaid plans (6-month and 12-month) are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced. You will continue to receive your artworks for the duration of the prepaid term.
• To cancel your subscription, please contact us at kmp_art@outlook.com prior to your next billing date.

All Sales — Originals & Prints

Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of my works, all sales of original artworks are final. Print orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced. Please contact me immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
